When fraen again talks about her new and third single, she quotes Amy Winehouse: the "message was brutal, but the delivery was kind." With this quote in mind and feeling lovesick, "home now" was created. A neo-soul piece as an inner dialogue, led by a dream-pop guitar melody contentedly directed towards the future, constantly referring to what is somehow tomorrow and promising progress no matter what. "Sometimes it seems to me that people are so distracted with their own emotions that they forget about the feelings of others. So the song concludes that I choose me. I love me. And therefore, yes, I am the first choice," says fraen. Because if in the melancholy, no one can promise hope and confidence, it's best to do it yourself.
With "home now", fraen again releases the last single before her debut EP, which was produced with Tender Games, who recently launched his new project LEAT together with Fritz Kalkbrenner.
